SHAYGAR GERMAN SHEPHERDS are and have been a registered ANKC breeder since 1995.

My mission is to improve the German Shepherd breed and to produce quality pets and show dogs. I pride myself on the temperament of all my puppies, they are a credit to my brood bitches and stud dogs I use. The puppies are reared in my home. I sleep in their whelping room for the first 10 days attending to their every whimper. Currently I live on 4 acres so there is plenty of space for all of them. The puppies have exposure to various noises around the property, machinery, other animals, birds and of course the adult German Shepherds and not forgetting Panda, my Maine Coon cat weighing 8 kilos.

Our Puppies

All puppies are from a long line of Shaygar brood bitches, currently there are 6th generation on the ground. All bitches have passed their hips and elbows scores and attained their AZ certificates. They are breed surveyed and have been mated with high quality stud dogs. Most of the studs dogs have been imported from Germany, Italy and generally reside in the Eastern States.

All puppies come with their own pack which includes a bag, their own file containing information on how to raise the puppy and tips, Registered with Dogswest (ANKC), vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated at 6 weeks, wormed, food including a bag of puppy biscuits and a free bag sent to you from RoyalCanin, Royal Canin welcome pack, treats, some toys, 6 weeks free per insurance, 4 x free GSDA of WA training certificates and lifetime support for the puppy from me.

Award Winning German Shepherds

Shaygar German Shepherds are proud to achieve GSDCA Breeders Bronze Medallions for both hips and elbows passes through the German Shepherd Scheme. In 2023 it is hoped Shaygar will be awarded 2 x Silver Medallions for hips and elbows.
